On 24 September 2019, „Say No to Plastic Waste” consortium was launched at the Islamabad Marriott Hotel in collaboration with the Miracles Trust. The Hungarian Embassy also participated at the event.
On 12-13 September 2019, the Opening session of the Hungarian-Pakistani Joint Economic Committee was held in Budapest, capital of Hungary. The Pakistani delegation was led by Mr. Ahmed Hanif Orakzai, Additional Secretary of the Pakistani Ministry of Finance’s Economic Affairs Division, while the Hungarian side was represented by Mr. István Joó, Deputy State Secretary for Export Development of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
On 5 September 2019, the representatives of the Embassy visited the Dost Foundation in Peshawar, where they attended the Teqball-show organized by the institution.
