Appointment booking
Consular services are strictly by appointment only:
Family members of EU Cizitens may request appointments at consulate.isl@mfa.gov.hu with scanned copies of all potential applicants' passports, the scanned copy of the inviting EU family member's passport and the exact detailes of the planned visit attached.
For any other type of visa, appointments may be booked directly through Gerry's Visa/VFS: https://visa.vfsglobal.com/pak/en/hun/
For Schengen visas, applications may be submitted up to six months but at least 20 calendar days before the planned date of travel. The Embassy of Hungary and Gerry's Visa Services are not obliged to accept applications submitted less than 15 days before the planned date of travel. Fast-tracking or expedited appointments and procedures are not available.
