Appointments for STUDY purpose visa
We request students, who have already received their final acceptance letter from their Hungarian University and have their complete documentation to write an email to reservation.isl@mfa.gov.hu
In the email, please mention your name, date of birth and the Hungarian University you got acceptance to. Send the final acceptance letter in attachment to the email. Do NOT write multiple emails please.
We will not deal with emails of any other visa purpose here and we will not reply to questions.
Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship students will get their appointments by different channels, they should not write an email for appointment.
